We’re looking for a confident, organized, and hands-on Lead Hostess to help oversee guest flow and front-of-house operations at our The Dalles location.

This key position will:

• Create a warm and welcoming first impression

• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, and guest flow

• Prevent double-seating and ensure sections are seated fairly

• Guide and support the host team

• Communicate closely with servers, the kitchen, bar, and ownership

• Keep guests informed about wait times

• Take ownership of guest satisfaction

• Handle concerns professionally and help resolve issues

The right person will have excellent customer-service and communication skills, natural leadership abilities, and the confidence to stay calm and organized in a busy restaurant. Previous hosting, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred. Evening and weekend availability is required.
