Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fence Laborer to join our family oriented construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, construction, and ready to broaden their skill set in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of fences, including setting and driving posts, tieing wire, and securing materials according to project plans

Operate tools such as fence stretchers, hammers, saws, levels, pliers, post drivers, jack hammers, rock drill, and shovels safely and effectively

Follow instruction ensuring accurate fence placement and design specifications

Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment

General site duties such as cleanup, material organization, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

No experience required, willingness to learn on the job is essential

Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work in various weather conditions, and manual labor tasks

Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and power tool operation

Experience with welding, CDL, chainsaw or equipment operating is a plus but not mandatory
